SYNOPSIS: Small has ordered a party in a box containing balloons and hats and games and a whistle! Big and Small decide to invite all their friends over to the party – but it isn’t all fun and games. The guests decide to leave, saying it’s the worst party ever with Small not letting anyone else have fun and Big always blowing his whistle. Big and Small realize they need to change their party-giving ways – and decide to start all over again to make sure everyone has fun!
